Every client who purchases an album gets introduced to my professional album designer and wall art specialist on my team, who will be with you from start to finish in creating your album just the way you like it.

Yes! These make amazing gifts to your parents, and even mini gifts for your bridal party. We can easily make copies of your main album, or if you prefer to make custom albums for your parents with their own image selection, that is also possible.

Yes, if an album is not in the cards for you right after the wedding, we can always revisit the option down the line. They make great anniversary presents, actually!

The design process from start to finish, depending on how long you take to approve your edits, should take approximately 1 month. Once the album is approved and ordered, it takes about 4-6 weeks to arrive at your doorstep.

Your base album comes with 20 pages (or sides). Two “pages” consists of 1 fully opened spread. Most couples end up with approximately 50-60 pages, although albums can be upgraded to up to 120 pages. A general rule of thumb to keep in mind, is that each spread, on average, can hold between 1-4 images.

That’s a great question – in order to make our albums as accessible as possible to as many couples as possible, our base album is really just the bare necessities. Is it possible to just get away with the base without upgrades, absolutely, but why invest in a beautiful album if it’s not going to look the way you want it to? Upgrades available to customize your album include: additional pages, cover titles and custom monograms, customized display boxes, upgraded fine art paper, luxurious cover materials, size, parent album copies, and much more.

Once your album has been purchased, or if an album is included in your package, after your gallery is delivered, you will receive an email from my team member, and Album Specialist, to take you through the design process with all instructions. She will present you a design to start with, and together you will refine it to your liking, choose your album options, and make any customizations. At the end of your meeting, you can pay for your upgrades directly by credit card or ACH, and you’ll be on your way to production.

If you do not have an album included in your package, our base albums begin at $1200. Investments into upgrades vary depending on budgets and taste, however many couples typically can look at investing between $800-3000 in customizing their albums.

We like to make sure you are getting your beautiful album in your hands as quickly as possible after you purchase it, so that you can start enjoying it! That said, we do have a few deadlines in place, which we rarely need to enforce. Your album must be completed within 6 months of purchase (or your gallery delivery for package albums), after which, your album becomes a print credit towards purchasing a future album or prints at current a la carte pricing. At the 1 year mark, we charge an un-archiving fee to retrieve your design and continue working on it. If we happen to get to 18 months after your purchase, this is when the album credit is lost, and no longer usable.

To eliminate too many extra decisions, I only offer one professional, layflat album, that is ideal for telling stories through spreads of images. Once I pair you up with my album specialist, she will make sure to go over all of your options to customize the album to your liking, and is a pro at making suggestions based on your tastes, your home decor, style, and budget.
