UNSCRIPTED . CANDID . TIMELESS MEMORIES
for couples who crave authenticity over perfection
MY PHILOSOPHY
Photography has always been an art form ahead of its time, freezing moments for us to return to. I’m fascinated by this idea, and my passion lies in merging your real, raw memories with authentic, meaningful art for your home and your heart. Emotions are at the core of my images, allowing you to not only remember the visual impact of your wedding day, but more importantly, how it felt.
I’m Carolina- I document weddings quietly and intentionally, for couples who would rather feel the moment than pose for it. No staging. No pressure. Just the way it really felt. Based in Hunterdon County, NJ, I offer documentary wedding photography to couples in the tri-state area and beyond—capturing candid, editorial images full of emotion. I’m honored to bring my 15+ years of experience in the wedding world (as well as a few awards) that have taught me so much about how to move with intention.

“I wanted to look at the photos and remember how warm and kind the community of people were for us that day. The photos really capture the genuine love of every single person there and how they share that love with the world.”

EMOTIONAL CANDID WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
WITH THOUGHTFULNESS AND INTENTION

“We knew we had wanted something ‘different’ in a photographer. Wedding photos all start to look the same after a while. We were looking for an artistic wedding photographer who really got us”

“The art of capturing emotions is very difficult but I think Carolina has perfected it.”

Capturing the subtlety in the lost moments
Have you ever thought about what makes a photograph “great”? What makes you feel something when you see it? It’s not about the equipment used, whether it’s film or digital, the special techniques, or lighting. It has to do with the essence that the photograph captures and the intention of the photographer. And in it’s “essence” are the lost subtleties that we take for granted in our everyday moments. This is something I strive for in every photograph I make for my couples, my intention is to put myself in the place of the guests and the couple on that day, and think “how does it feel to be here?” – so that when you look at a photograph you don’t have to think – you just feel, automatically.
“What really made the day special was how easy it was to be ourselves with you there with us”

I would love to tell your story
