Let's Create Memories Together.
Just returned from one of the most impacting workshops I’ve ever taken… as an artist.. it’s important to always keep learning, digging, and finding what’s inside to become better, supersede, and always challenge yourself…
I attended a workshop in Texas last week called Foundation Workshop, taught and led by the country’s finest wedding photojournalists, which truly pushed me to my limits, made me inspired by the art and drama in photography, and the power of a well-composed image coupled with a powerful moment and just enough patience and perseverance…
I was inspired beyond words by all of the amazing talent surrounding me, both in the instructors, the mentors, the students, and the volunteers… a community of photographers committed to helping each other succeed and become the best you can be, even if you don’t see it right in front of you…
I learned that is what separates the good from the great… commitment, attention to detail, passion, perseverance, and a special drive for not accepting mediocrity in yourself… I am also committed to being great… the best that I can possibly be if not more..
I only have my teachers, classmates, colleagues, and my new photography family to thank for this challenge, push, and great step in my life and career…
and with that I leave you with a glimpse into my assignment… a documentary on the Plaza Theater Company of Cleburne Texas…of which to many of you (unless you were in my group), might not seem like much, but to me, these 2 images mean the world to me, and I can’t wait for the launch into the new year ahead…
Those two are my favorite shots of yours if not two of the ones I remember the most…. just incredible. I’m so glad you pushed yourself and did not break but chose to keep pushing. You are so inspiring as a photographer and person. I’m lucky to know you Carolina! Many hugs and kisses to you!
